Registration conditions for the LEVOLUTION portal

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering an account on the Levolution portal (the “Portal”) at https://portal.levolution.io you (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Registration Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), the Levolution Terms of Use (available at [link to the Levolution Terms of Use on levolution.io main page]), the Levolution Privacy Policy (available at https://portal.levolution.io/privacy-policy) and any other policies or guidelines that may be published on the Portal from time to time (collectively, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from registering for or using the Portal.

2. Eligibility

Alter: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for and use the Portal.
Legal capacity: You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Residence: You must not be a resident or resident of any jurisdiction where participation in token sales or ownership of digital assets is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is legal in your country. Levolution reserves the right to refuse registration or access to the portal at any time.
Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not on any sanctions list or subject to any restrictions that would prohibit you from using the Portal or purchasing LEVLX Tokens.
KYC/AML: You acknowledge that registration and participation in the LEVLX token sale may be subject to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes established by Levolution. You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for KYC/AML compliance. Failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Registration

Information accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Unauthorized access: You agree to immediately notify Levolution of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security.
One account per user: You may only register one account on the Portal. Multiple accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Suspension/termination of account: Levolution reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements.

4. Participation in the LEVLX token sale

Token sale conditions: Your participation in the LEVLX token sale is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the LEVLX token sale agreement (available at https://portal.levolution.io/sales-terms-conditions). You are responsible for reading and understanding the LEVLX Token Sales Agreement before participating.
Risk disclosure: You acknowledge that purchasing and holding LEVLX Tokens involves significant risks, including but not limited to: loss of capital, market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technological risks. You should carefully consider whether purchasing LEVLX Tokens is suitable for you given your financial situation and risk tolerance.
No guarantee of value: Levolution makes no guarantees regarding the future value of LEVLX tokens. The value of LEVLX tokens may rise or fall and you could lose your entire investment.
No investment advice: Levolution does not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and making your own investment decisions.
Token distribution: Levolution will distribute LEVLX tokens according to the terms and conditions set out in the token sale agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that the wallet address you provide is correct and compatible with the LEVLX token.

5. Portal use

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Portal.
Prohibited activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Impairing or disrupting the portal or the servers or networks connected to the portal.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Portal or other systems or networks.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Portal for any purpose without our express written permission.
Surveillance: Levolution reserves the right to monitor your use of the Portal to ensure compliance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Portal and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by or licensed to Levolution and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use the content of the portal without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PORTAL AND THE LEVLX TOKENS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEVOLUTION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE LEVLX TOKENS WILL HAVE ANY PARTICULAR VALUE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEVOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE ARE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PORTAL OR YOUR PURCHASE OR HOLDING OF LEVLX TOKENS.

9. Damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levolution, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and Germany. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Zug, Switzerland in accordance with the Rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

Levolution reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Portal and update the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Portal following the posting of revised Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically check these Terms for changes.

12. Severability clause

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Levolution Terms of Use, the Levolution Privacy Policy and the LEVLX Token Sales Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Levolution regarding your use of the Portal.
